What is the MOQ?
Most models start from 1 unit so you can test samples. Tiered pricing kicks in from 50-100 units depending on model; flagship models start at 10 units.
Can I order with my own branding?
Yes. Light customization (colors, decals, tire size, battery configuration) is available on most models. Full OEM (logo, packaging, manuals) and CKD kits are supported at volume.
Which certifications do you have?
Many models carry CE compliance; specific certificates (EEC/COC, UL, UN38.3 battery reports) can be provided on request for your market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote FOB / CIF from Chinese ports. Samples ship by express; volumes by sea container (LCL or FCL). We prepare full export documentation.
What about warranty and spare parts?
12 months on the vehicle, and spare-parts availability guaranteed for 5 years after any model launch. We supply parts lists and video repair guides.
How do I pay?
Sample orders: online payment (Stripe / PayPal, being connected). Bulk orders: T/T bank transfer — 30% deposit, balance before shipment. L/C accepted for large orders.
